This constitution states that all EWOLVES are equal. This also states that any member of EWOLF has a right and duty to question any order or rule that he or she believes violates the principles of EWOLF. AN EWOLF does not need victory to know self worth, but rather and EWOLF needs to know that they tried. Success comes to those who try the hardest for it. So an EWOLF tries harder than anyone else tries. An EWOLF turns trying into a contest, and competes against his clan mates and everyone around them. An EWOLF makes sure they live up to the name. They make sure they are a wolf and function in a pack and work with those around them. They make sure that they are elite. That they harness their skills in every battle and make every shot ever count. An EWOLF does not give in to failure. But rather takes failure as a step in victory. An EWOLF turns everything into training, as training is what makes people better. An EWOLF remembers that no matter how good they think or even know they are, they can be better. An EWOLF is an EWOLF

Amendment One: Any EWOLF has an equal right to a leadership position as another. Any affairs out of world or between the commander and a member cannot interfere with leadership elections. Any time an EWOLF has reasonable evidence that an unfair election took place it will be brought to the judicial branch. In the court on the matter of this challenging the new officer if they are an executive officer they may not be on the jury to decide whether the trial was fair. Whatever ruling that the jury has will stand permanently. This does not however mean that a persons ability to lead cannot be questioned. If a member has legitimate proof that one of the leading personnel of the clan has overstepped their rights or violated something stated in the constitution or one of its amendments. It is allowed to challenge the commanders right to lead; however, it is not a good idea as the jury on the matter will most likely favor the commander. And as the jury is the highest court whatever ruling is made by them will stand permanently.

Amendment 2: No member of EWOLF can dictate that a member go down a certain line and get a certain tank without providing the necessary free xp and or gold to do so. All EWOLVES must be at tier 8 or higher (unless they are a scout) and that is the only requirement. No member of EWOLF and this includes the commander can tell a specific member that they must go down a specific line. This means that as stated in previous amendments and government explanations means that if a leadership member is forcing a member to progress down a line unwillingly they have the right to bring this leadership member before the judicial branch to stand trial. There is no punishment for a member who loses the trial on such a matter. However, members may not repeatedly accuse leadership members of this crime. Said actions will be considered as malice toward said leadership member. If it is known that a member harnesses said malice toward a member of the leadership a solution will be attempted at first. If no solution is available one will leave the clan. Who leaves is decided clan wide by a vote through this site. If it is a tie then a re-vote will take place until a majority votes for one side. If a leadership member forces another EWOLF to go down a line unwillingly and another member witnesses this event they have an obligation to report it to the commander. Said report is a serious matter and will not be taken lightly. However, if said member is mistaken and this has not happened repetitively in a similar time frame they will not be disciplined. All EWOLVES must be able to feel safe with the command staff that is in office and that includes the commander. So if they no longer feel safe with any command staff they are welcome to start a vote to remove them from office. If said person is part of the command staff for the time of said vote their rank is revoked but will be returned later unless said impeachment is considered to be from malice.

Amendment 3: All EWOLVES have the right to attempt to serve in their government. However, certain things can delay or cause this right to be taken away. A previous government member who was removed from office for reasons that were negative may not be able to run again. If a person thinks that they have what it takes to run for office then they may inform any of the command staff that they would like to be on the next ballet. This can include commander or executive officers. The main kind of election that will take place for this is congressional. This is the only type of election that a person can participate in without any prior activities. The player to get on this ballet must simply ask to be included. There is however, a limit to the amount of people that may run. This limit is five. Mainly being based on the amount of players that exist in the clan and accounting for write ins. For a person to win in a congressional election they must receive a majority of the votes. The amount of people that voted for a person will not be available after the ballet. After the ballet the only number available will be the people that voted within 24 hours. A person may challenge the validity of an election. If they do this they must go before the EWOLF judiciaries and present their case and proof of it. If they do win this trial then a re vote will take place. The same people that ran before will run in this election. The winner of this election will be considered the unarguable winner. A congressmen is "provisional" for one week before they are to full power. This means that they cannot vote in major events until that time is up. This is to make sure that they can be properly initiated into the congress and know the role and kinds of votes that happen. Elections are given a week of time for congressional election. This gives the candidates time to campaign for their cause and help them get votes. After the election if a congressmen does not fill out what he has promised the members have the right to present a case to the judiciary branch to have this congressmen removed. If said congressmen is in the judiciary branch they may not vote on the case. The head congressmen cannot be removed unless the president is put under general impeachment.

Ammendment 3: As every ewolf has a right to attempt to serve in their government by an election, that election mujat have certain rules. Thus preventing one member from using illegal methods against another. To start off, member may run whenever they want, the only exception to this being if the polls cannot support any more candidates. A member also has the right to campaign for their desired position prior to the vote. Meaning that a member must know whether they are on the ballet so they can present their ideas to other members. Therefore bringing the benifit of members.

Amendment: 5This states that in an emergency situation the commander of EWOLF may exercise complete power, thus being able to make a quick decision and solve a problem quickly. In the future if said decision was permanent congress may attempt to stop that decision. But, in an emergency the commander has supreme power. Whether a situation is considered an emergency is at the discretion of many things. These can be because the commander saw that this was happening and knew it was a emergency, or members may tell the commander that an emergency is happening. An emergency can be anything that could potentially threaten the safety of a member or the safety of EWOLF. An action by an EWOLF that defies this constitution and could potentially threaten its ability to keep order that is considered an emergency. Congress may not attempt to impeach the commander due to his exercising this power. This meaning that if congress attempts to impeach the commander and it is discoverd that the reason for this is his excercising of this power, said congress will be removed. However, judicial branch may review the commanders exercise of this ability and say whether it is constitutional or not. If it is deemed unconstitutional any effects of this action will be reversed and the judicial branch and the judicial branch only may try the commander of a possible crime.

Amendment 6:In all congressional elections it is possible for a person to run for the rank of commander. However, for this to happen they must first have a three fourths vote by the members of the clan to approve their running. So they must create a poll for the ability to run for commander. If this vote goes through there will be a poll for commander. Any person who is a member will be eligible to run. The current commander will run. The ability for people to run for commander can be cancelled for some reasons. The current commander can potentially try this person on the charge of malice and ambition for power. For a person to run to become the new commander they must first find that the current commander is not obeying what is stated in this constitution. Then they must state their grievances on their disobeying of this. If there is no affect they must then make an official petition for the commander to change. If that does not fix the issue they must then bring the issue to congress and judicial branch to make an official government claim of the commanders breaking from the constitution. If this has no effect and neither congress or judicial will do any action against the commander an election can take place. Any member who decides to run for commander can be challenged by the current commander for anything that is against this amendment. It can also be cancelled by congress or judiciary. Any of those two branches can claim that the current commander is interpreting the constitution in a reasonable manner and is not in breakage of it. If they are going against the stating of the constitution the members may go either to the commander, another branch, or they may fill out a trial form. Overall the commander should be permanent. So when they make small errors they should be told about them so that they may correct them. But, sometimes a commander changes greatly and must be removed. So this amendment states that this can be done in a severe situation of an abusive and constitution destroying commander.

Amendment 7:A member cannot be penalized for reporting a problem. In any case a member may take an issue they have however high they want to through the chain of command. So, if a person has a problem and they feel most at ease with the commander they may take that problem directly to the commander. The best thing to do is go to the commander if the commander is available. The commander is the most knowledgeable of the ways the clan works and has the power to quickly fix something. This does not mean that every issue in existence needs to be reported, and if a person wants to take issues to a lower branch they may. If a member reports a problem they must be heard. No member may told to sit down and be quiet when they have a problem. The EWOLF government was set up so that every member felt happy and safe, so anything keeping them from being happy needs to be reported. There are problems however, that cannot be fixed by the command staff of EWOLF. The command staff cannot fix things like not having a certain tank. There are times to ask for help with that but you do not need to make a professional complaint about that. Although any time a person makes a complaint to the EWOLF staff they cannot be penalized for it.

Amendment 8An EWOLF has certain rights in a trial. When a person is put on trial there are things however that they don't have the right to do. First off, a member does have the right to remain silent; however, this can be seen as an admission of guilt and therefore make them be found guilty. A person also has the right to call in another member as a witness, or to help them in their case. If a person is called as a witness they can refuse to serve as a witness for the defendant, but if they are called as a witness on the prosecuting end they have to come and testify. This does not mean that they have to say things that will incriminate the defendant. This simply states that they must come and state what they saw or heard of said event. If a person lies in a court trial they can be convicted of that. Another right a member has is the right to a speedy trial. This meaning that a verdict must be reached within 3 days of the trial. A member also has the right to a small jury. This meaning that they have the right to be tried by only 3 of the judiciaries instead of all of them; however, they do not get to pick which judiciaries are on that jury. If a member is found guilty of a crime then they will serve whatever punishment that has been assigned to them. Punishments are decided by the commander and can be suggested by the judiciaries, congress has no part in trials. A punishment must fit the crime. Meaning that most of the time a punishment will not result in exclusion from the clan but it can result in many things. One of the main things that it can result in is a pay suspension. A pay suspension means that a person for a set period of time cannot receive pay. If the clan is not handing out pay at the time said suspension will start when pay begins to happen. Another thing that can happen is a rank expulsion. This means that if they have a government rank it will be taken away and they will not be able to run again for a set period of time; or, they may not ever be able to run again. The next type of punishment is a reposition of rewards. If a player has received a tank from the clan the punishment may entail said tank being taken away. And the final type is expulsion from the clan. Now, all of these can be mixed together to fit the crime. So these are simply the templates it must follow. The commander can shape the punishment to what the crime is, and this may entail many of the elements stated above.

Amendment 9: There is no set amount of people that have to be in congress. However, there is a minimum number. At any time there should be at least one congressmen per every ten members. The number may exceed that as it is a minimum. Congressional elections have no set time on when they start. They will generally start whenever a new congressmen is needed. There is a set amount of time for them to go on until though. A congressional election must last exactly one week. No more no less than one week. This meaning that any member who meets the activity requirements will be able to vote. The election must also be advertised in the clan. So there can be no election that is not very widely advertised. There is also a set number of possible candidates. For a congressional election to take place there must be exactly three people running. Of course one may do a write in; however, if some one does a write in they cannot vote for themselves. There is a set number of possible judiciaries though. At all times there will be four judiciaries. This meaning that in a trial the max number of judiciaries there will be four. This is so that there are only four entities that have to make a decision in a trial. Also with there being an even number of judiciaries there could be a tie in the verdict. That is a good thing because it allows more evidence to be presented so that a good decision that includes all of the evidence may be made. There will only ever be one commander. This is so that there is one entity that can make quick decisions.

Amendment 10: In this constitution many powers have been stated. Even though this constitution has stated many powers there are more that have not been stated yet. So, there needs to be some way to determine what happens with these powers. Those powers can be re-defined in the future but until they are clearly given to some place they need to have a clear way of being used. So these powers will be controlled by the commander. As it is already known the commander will always be the most knowledgeable on clan issues and on EWOLF in general. So, it is most sensible that he takes the powers that remain undefined. This does not mean that if he abuses said powers he cannot be removed from office. Some of these powers should never be used and if they negatively affect people when they should not have any negative effect or no one deserved it, it can be seen as malice. We all know what malice ends in. So if the use of these extra powers is found to be out of malice the commander can be tried in court for abusing power on terms of malice. If he is found guilty with that he can be removed from office or even removed from the clan depending on the extent of it. However, if he is tried and it is found that he needs to be removed from his office the process for impeachment that has been defined must be followed.

Amendment 11: When a clan goes into clan wars there are many steps to do it properly. Most clans skip many of these steps because they find them mundane or unnecessary. When a clan forgets these vital steps, they will not be celebrating the conquering of another clans land. So these steps are many but easy to do. The first step is to practice making a clan wars team. This may not seem extremely necessary but when clan wars starts and only five people show up your not going to win. So to do this step there are numerous ways but they are all founded on the same concept. You need to get fifteen clan members together and ready for battle. The second step also relates somewhat to the first. This step is comprised of training. If you took the best players in the game and plopped them in a battle together with absolutely no planning, they probably won't win. This being because clan wars is not a random battle. It is a battle against a team that is prepared for your every move and you must be prepared for theirs. So training should not focus on how to damage the enemy and kill them properly. That is important, but that should be trained at another time. What this training time is used for is to make the team work well together. That means everyone knows where they need to go and everyone knows who they need to work with. In clan wars if one thing goes wrong then the whole thing will fall apart. So you need to make sure nothing bad happens, but if something terrible happens and things fall apart you need to be ready to try and fix it. So that brings us to the next step. This third step is for the team to train also, but this training is about something different. This training is to train the team on what to do if everything falls apart and the lines are broken. Of times as the enemy surges in people panic and do stupid things, so you must plan ahead and have a plan for if things fall apart. These are to be followed by EWOLF at all times. These shall also be done five days before clan wars so that the team is completely ready. If these things are not successfully completed then the clan will not enter clan wars.

Amendment 12: When EWOLF acquires land there will be gold collected from said land. Said gold must go somewhere. So there will be a simple way of doing it. Many probably think that this will be done by rank but they are sadly mistaken. In EWOLF having a high rank does not mean you are above those who do not. It simply means that you have some privileges that others do not. So pay will be done by seniority. This means that the people who have been here the longest are the ones who will be paid first. This does not mean that they will make more though. As it has been stated over and over again all members of EWOLF are equals. So none will get more pay than the others. Although, if a member is inactive they will not receive pay until they are active for at least a full week. The total amount of time on their pay suspension will be decided by the judiciaries. So overall pay will be given evenly but those who have been in EWOLF the longest will be paid first.
